Caparzo Brunello di Montalcino 2006, Tuscany, Italy
Ok, again I am versus Sangiovese, but right now it is Sangiovese Grosso from Montalcino. Flavor is medium and not pronounced, calm. I can feel black berries, plum especialy, some smoke/tobacco and spicies. Mouth is strong, powerfull, but not agressive. It was agressive 2-3 years ago, I think.
Total: Good wine for Sangiovese lovers. Good pairing with Florentian stake.
