Chateau Haut-Domingue, Entre-deux-Mers 2011, France
I am not whyte Bourdeaux lover, but this wine I found interesting
First positive impression is flawor. Pear, green apple and barberry, smells like a candy or bubble gum. I thought that producers making carbonic maceration, and all gum/candy flawors is the consequence of the process of winemaking. But I was wrong, they don't use carbonic maceration.
Taste is fresh and light, flawors of green apple.
Total: I really wana try more whytes from Entre-deux-Mers, this wine I like much.
