Nose is not intense, a little whyte fruits (melon??), wild flowers. Mouth is fresh and drinkable.
Qualitty little bit easier than Col di Luna Millesimato.
Total: Very, very gastronomic wine. Today was second time, when I was pairing prosecco with green salad (boiled chiken, green salad leaves, cucumber, cheeze, toasts and sause with vinegar, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper). I ate 3 plates with half bottle of prosecco and it was fantastic.
