Gold/Yellow serious color alludes to the old and quality. Nose is medium+. I can feel a lot of wild flowers (buckwheat) and a little hint of honey and nuts. In mouth it is very live, drinkable, good balanced. I like Sauvignon Blanc or blends based on this grape variety in summer, when is hot. Very good pairing with green salads and light meals.
Total: I get what I expect, good wine.
